Ordering & Shipping

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes we sure do, all deliveries are made via Australia Post or Sendle which provide tracking numbers. These tracking numbers will be included in your order completion email. Any questions, please email info@yaystitch.com.auSee our shipping policy for more details.

Can I add to my my order before delivery?

Yes we can easily accommodate these requests if the first order has not yet been shipped. To add to an existing order, please drop a note in the subsequent order that you would like to combine this order with the previous one. We will then refund you the second shipping charge. Combined orders totalling over $160AUD will have the shipping charge refunded.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through Australia Post or Sendle. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and tracking numbers are provided. See our shipping policy for more details.

Fabric

Do you provide a swatch service?

We used to provide a swatch service however we have unfortunately had to discontinue it at this time. For our size business, providing free swatches was just too time consuming and given the swatch requests didn't follow the regular Shopify order funnel, swatch requests and correspondence were hard to keep track of. We hope to offer this again in the future for a small fee and provide an order button on the product page however we can't say exactly when this will be. 

What are the care instructions for my fabric?

Please follow the care instructions provided on the fabric listing page. We share all care instructions directly from our fabric manufacturers.

Do I need to pre-wash my fabric?

We encourage you to wash your fabric purchases before cutting and sewing. The exception to this are oilskins as well as the Merchant & Mills pre-laundered Linens as these are washed at manufacturing time. Further we encourage you to wash/dry your fabrics as you would normally care for them.

Help, I'm not sure if a particular fabric is right for my garment project choice!

The fabric colour looks different than online

We want you to love your fabric and we do our utmost best to represent the colours as accurately as possible in all fabric photos we take. However, all device screens are different and so we can't guarantee that what you see online on your specific device is exactly what it will look like in real life. If you are unsure, it might be best to get a colour swatch, email info@yaystitch.com.au.
